Environment fix in Ionic - cli\bin\ionic: 'MODULE_NOT_FOUND', and relative Path issue [Remote]

I am working in Ionic / Cordova / Angular project. After unknown issue the environment fails to build and work. It seems the installation is corrupt. I can not find the reason.
Can you take time in a remote session and fix the issue?
The project is about a little slot machine game. But this is exported as Browser distribution. And in Browser the path is not correct, it takes the image in browser out of cache but when I look in new device, it does not find the image. Path of image is wrong. I tried setup with index.html <base href= BASE but seems I have mixed all. Can you check all relative path settings for Cordova Browser distribution?
1. Fix the node_modules "MODULE_NOT_FOUND" on computer
2. Fix solution for relative path on BASE and fix programmed asset paths
Even if you just have 10min, I will pay minimum the hour. But I expect it will take about one hour by AnyDesk.
