Enterprise ERP Development From Scratch
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I am building a cloud-based ERP that centralises workforce, project, and client management for medium-to-large organisations. The platform must be architected for high scalability and security, offer a responsive SPA-style interface, and feel instantly familiar to corporate users.
Scope of work
• Back-end: Design and implement a modular service layer (REST or GraphQL) that handles employees, clients, projects, jobs, attendance, gate passes, documents, KPIs, and reporting. A relational store such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL is preferred, with ORM migrations and role-based access control baked in from day one.
• Front-end: Build a clean, lightning-fast UI in React, Angular, or Vue with TypeScript, real-time validation, and adaptive layouts that work equally well on desktop dashboards and tablets used on-site.
• DevOps: Containerise the stack (Docker, Kubernetes or similar), wire up CI/CD, and provide clear environment scripts so the application can be deployed to AWS, Azure, or on-prem.
• Security & compliance: JWT/OAuth2 authentication, granular permissions, audit logs, encrypted file storage, and OWASP best practices throughout.
• Documentation: Provide a concise technical run-book, API reference (Swagger/OpenAPI), and administrator quick-start so future teams can extend the system confidently.
Acceptance criteria
1. All core modules (workforce, project, client, attendance, gate pass, document, reporting) reachable from a single sign-on dashboard.
2. Each action is protected by role-based access; unauthorised requests return proper error codes.
3. System load-tested to at least 500 concurrent users with response times under 300 ms for key endpoints.
4. Unit and integration tests cover critical paths (>80 % coverage).
5. Source code, infrastructure scripts, seed data, and documentation delivered via a private Git repository.
If you have a proven track record delivering enterprise-grade web apps and can commit to frequent check-ins and transparent code reviews, I’d love to hear how you would approach the build and phased rollout.
