Develop a search website with database

We are looking for someone to create a MVP within a week. The scope is clear and narrow. After the MVP we will plan to add functionalities. Part of the MVP is to deploy it on our azure environment including the database. The database contains structured data - 2000 records and 100 column variables (possible splitted in multiple tables). A record can contain a link to a pdf - which should be displayed as a download button.

The process:
Search through database all fields or ID field (shown in side bar)
It should be possible to update the database by an import file by the user (backend admin)
Possibly multiple tables linked through a shared ID
