Develop an app to manage 5 a side soccer leagues/tournaments

I am looking for someone to develop an app to manage 5 a side soccer leagues/tournaments,
the app must be able to register players as well as set up different leagues/tournaments and assign the teams to the leagues.
the app must also be able to keep track of player stats IE: goals scored, assists etc.
The app must be able to produce fixtures based on the teams in the league/tournament.
The players must be able to login to a portal to see their upcoming fixtures as well as the stats.
the admin must be able to login to a dashboard to manage the fixtures and teams etc.
I would like the app to be written using the following tech stack, C# .net core with sql database and entity framework, front end in angular 9 and the app must be published to Azure
