Develop Production-ready MVP for MarkMate-BTEC

Build a production-ready MVP of **MarkMate-BTEC**, starting from my existing FastAPI/Next.js skeleton repo. Specifically: (1) integrate GPT-4o via function-calling so `POST /upload` ingests a PDF (assignment brief + learner work), extracts learner-ID with PyMuPDF, and returns criterion-tagged feedback for Unit 3 (A.P1-A.D1 etc.); (2) store all feedback, teacher edits, and SHA-256 audit logs in Postgres; (3) implement an Internal-Verification wizard that auto-samples learners, fills Pearson’s “Internal Verification of Assessment Decisions” PDF, and bundles marksheet.csv + annotated PDFs for download; (4) lock grade fields until a teacher presses ‘Confirm’ to satisfy JCQ guidance; (5) build a React/Next.js drag-and-drop UI that mirrors these endpoints; (6) containerise everything with Docker-compose and deploy to an AWS Lightsail instance (London region) with S3 file storage and HTTPS; (7) deliver a one-page hand-over doc plus a recorded demo showing a full run with the sample files I provide. Timeline: 6 weeks, milestones weekly.
