Develop Hybrid application

Need to develop the Hybrid model mobile application to support in Android,iOS and Web platforms. Preferred to use the tech stack - ionic framework with angular. Application would need be be developed frontend screens with full navigation in the first phase using ionic and angular with capacitor device native language.
