DevOps work on a web-based decentralised medical records system

Need for a DevOps engineer with experience working with angularJS, springboot and databases. Needed to work on adding a report in an electronic medical system. The report will have a set of indicators used for PEPFAR Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting requirements. The person would need to work with several stakeholders including in Ministry of Health and donor partners who use the indicators for their reporting; so one of the outputs will also be a document showing evidence that the stakeholders approved the code and indicators. Need work done in maximum 2 weeks.
