Desktop API-Integrated Frontend Program Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to build a desktop-based frontend application that connects with one or more APIs to centralize a workflow. I have all the necessary instructions for API connection. This program will primarily focus on data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a desktop application that aggregates multiple APIs (for this case we could start with one API that I have the instructions)
- Implement data visualization capabilities within the application for downloading STL´s files and being able to answer back to the API if something was not correct in the data provided)
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow centralization

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in desktop application development
- Experience with API integration
- Strong skills in data visualization techniques
- Familiarity with various frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js)

While I don't have a preferred framework for this project, your expert opinion on the most suitable one will be highly valued.
