UI/UX Designer for Cloud Migration app

We are looking for a UX designer to design the front end of cloud migration app we are creating. We are decided about the look as yet, and would like someone who can take our random and disparate ideas and mesh them into something that looks good and is usable. We are looking for nodejs + react js + postgreSQL/mongo DB + API developer resource with min 6+ yrs of experience.
