Deploy Angular app to Azure, create pipeline, integrate with domain

I have developed 3 applications. An Angular app, a .Net Core API and a .Net Core MVC app.
Both the .Net Core applications have been deployed onto Azure. I do not have as much experience with deploying Angular apps to Azure.
I require a freelancer to create a build pipeline for me which will deploy the Angular app to an app service. The .Net Core apps use IdentityServer so that app will potentially require some URLs within the projects configuring to get it working on my .com domain.
Experience with Azure and pipelines is necessary. I will share access to my Azure subscription as well as all 3 projects, as well as any other solutions/details.
