Custom Single Page Progress Tracker WebApp

I need a skilled developer to create a single page web application that helps me track the progress of requirements and deliverables for my products from purchase to installation. The application should have the following features:

- A straightforward single column layout, where input fields and check boxes are systematically arranged for ease of use.
- A user-friendly dashboard that allows my clients to monitor the status of their purchase and installation.
- An email notification system that sends status update emails to relevant stakeholders whenever a check box is ticked.
- The web page needs to interact with a google sheet that displays status of the product.
