Custom Control for a Progressive Web App in React/Angular

To develop a custom Control (custom web component) to be used in a web app in the latest versions of React/Angular. Source Code Required.
1. Open file from a folder (file can be a pdf, epub, mobi)
2. Read the opened file
3. Navigate to a page
4. Find the location of an element on that page. ( the element can be text, sentence, paragraph, punctuation, Symbol. The location is in terms of page no., element number, etc.)
5. Find all the headings and sub-headings of the file including chapter name and number along with its location in the file.
6. Select text/group of text/paragraph and highlight it.
7. Copy the highlighted text in a separate file ( html5 ), along with corresponding heading and sub- heading.
