Custom Angular Material UI Design

I am looking for a skillful Angular Material UI designer to create a fresh and unique interface for my web application. The design should incorporate the following features:
- A top navigation menu
- A dynamic theme to keep the application engaging
- A side navigation bar (sidenav) to streamline access to application's pages
