Converting a web application from java angular to c# .net core

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me convert my web application from a Java Angular platform to C# .NET Core. I already have existing code and the current platform of the web application is Java. I'm looking for someone who has experience in both Java and C# .NET Core to provide the conversion. The conversion should include all aspects of the application, including the UI and any underlying architecture. All code must be clearly commented for later reference. Experience with both Angular and .NET Core is also invaluable, as I want the finished product to be as bug-free, modern and intuitive as possible.
