Convert a React Photo Editor API to Angular

We have a React API on our website that edits photos, but our site's front end is made in Angular. Either our Photo editor needs to be converted to Angular or you can customize an existing open source Angular Photo Editor to have the same functionality ours does. It must work for both desktop and mobile.
We have attached the source code for the photo editor. You can also take a look at the editor we have by going to https://old.gamesphere.com/ On the left side navigation, click on the “My Creations” tab with the Atom icon. Then in the tabs on the top left with the three icons, click “Screenshots”.
