We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Architecture, Design, and Security Review Consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our current cloud infrastructure in three key areas: architecture, design, and security. The objective is to optimize the existing setup, align it with industry best practices, and ensure it is well-prepared for commercialization.
Responsibilities:
Part 1: Cloud Architecture Review
Evaluate the current cloud infrastructure, including computing resources, storage, networking, and data management systems.
Identify strengths and weaknesses, with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Assess alignment with industry best practices and standards.
Analyze the system's ability to handle future growth and increasing user demands.
Identify potential points of failure and single points of failure.
Provide actionable recommendations to optimize the cloud architecture.
Part 2: Design Review
Examine application design and infrastructure layout to ensure alignment with commercialization objectives.
Evaluate design flexibility to accommodate changing business needs.
Assess integration of essential services, databases, and third-party components.
Review disaster recovery and backup strategies.
Analyze overall user experience and identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable recommendations to refine the application design and infrastructure.
Part 3: Security Review
Conduct a thorough security assessment of cloud infrastructure, applications, and data handling processes.
Identify potential vulnerabilities, security gaps, and compliance risks.
Evaluate effectiveness of access controls and data encryption mechanisms.
Review incident response and recovery procedures.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance overall security posture.
Deliverables:
Detailed report for each review phase outlining findings and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
