Build a website with JavaScript

I want to build a website for stock market data analysis. The website will have may strategies and show line charts, bar charts and tables depending on the strategy. The website should be built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, MongoDB. I am in a dilemma to choose in between Node.JS and Django as back end.
