Build a website for an ongoing mobile app

We have an ongoing mobile app project and want to have a website for it as well.
Will share the link to test the app before you start.
Rest APIs are ready. Will share the swagger interface.
You can use either angular or react.

Scope is:
-Explore page
-Search page
-List items
-Item details page
-User profile page
-Login/signup pages
-Terms/privacy policy pages (static)
