Build be a website for a credit repair

Im looking for some on to build a credit repair website and implement a chatbot AI i have the javascript ready, the freelancer should have the following skills:
Web development skills: The freelancer should be familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React or Angular. They should also be familiar with back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, and MySQL.
AI is powered by machine learning, the freelancer should be familiar with concepts like natural language processing and classification algorithms. They should also be able to implement and train machine learning models using libraries like TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
Project management skills: The freelancer should be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet project deadlines. They should also be able to communicate clearly with the client and provide regular updates on the progress of the project.
Design skills: It would be helpful if the freelancer had design skills to create a visually appealing and user-friendly website.
Credit repair knowledge: It would be beneficial if the freelancer had some knowledge of credit repair, as this will help them understand the requirements of the project and create a chatbot that provides accurate and helpful information to users.
