Build a secure website

A website with the mobile browser compatible or responsive for user investment(website must be secure with NFR)
1. Home, About and Contact up page.
2. Investment Page with 2 sub menu
a. Load XXXX
a.1 On click, the page will show a QR code or static address for the transaction, Free text field to take user transaction number, an attachment to take a screenshot, the amount, and steps for user guidance (like how he can perform or add or minimum transaction) then User can add the investment to our static address or QR code by outside mode (no payment engine).
a.2 After transferring, the user will raise a request with txn number and a screenshot of txn on our website to add this amount to his wallet(request not possible below the minimum amount((configurable parameter)). the Email notification will trigger to the user and admin email addresses for the same request.
a.3 The admin will manually review and approve/reject this request from the admin task page and the user wallet will update accordingly. the Email notification will trigger the user and admin email address for the same.
b. With draw XXXX
b.1 On click, validation - minimum wihtdraw((configurabe parameter)) againt wallet balance, minimum wthdraw limit. The page will show free text for address and amount and the Email notification will trigger to admin and user for the same.
b2.2 After submitting a request, the admin will approve/reject and do the manual transaction if the request is approved and put txn and screenshot in our application for future reference (will not share with the user ) , this amount will reduce from the wallet. the Email notification will trigger to the user and admin email addresses for the same.
3. Admin with 2 sub tab
a. investment will have 2 tabs - 1. Credit request 2. Debit request
b. User management - Admin can search user and see wallet history debit and credit both (date, amount, txn if any , attachment if any )
b.1 Admin can deactivate and activate the user.
4. .50%(configurable parameter) increase in user wallet amount each day except holidays and weekends.
5. DB dumps daily bases.
6. User signup with email otp.
7. User password update with email OTP.
8. User sign in and Session time out
9. Skill- Angular & Java & DB
10. Deployment of application
11. Share the full code with us for review and our local testing
