Build me a phonebook using Vue, React or Angular

Task needs to be as simple as possible. Phonebook needs to contain a form with two fields, NAME and PHONE NUMBER. After clicking the "SAVE" button contant should instantly be visible in a table under the form. The data needs to be stored in LOCAL STORAGE so it stays there permanently. Table needs to have a "DELETE" button to be able to remove contacts from the table.
