Build management system using liferay and angular

1 year commitment - angular prototype is ready for a big management system. need to start developing the application using liferay and angular. expert knowledge needed in java, angular, bootstrap and liferay is necessary. need someone who can work full time for one year, attend meetings and deadlines as per the development requirements.
