Build a UI for application

We're building a security system using cameras for tracking vehicles. The application should be a frontend only web app using our system as a backend provided via an API.

App specification:
- Framework: React, Angular or Svelte
- API: SOAP or REST
- Optimized to mobile users as well (responsive)
- Features include:
- login screen
- users settings (authorizations, permissions)
- camera and system configuration screen
- live stream view (also the dashboard)
- access control screen (which cars should enter the area)
- integration settings
- ...etc.

All details will be provided and shared. Design wireframes will be provided as well, detailed UI graphics are not needed.
