Summary of Requirements for developing E Commerce Website (Indicative)
1.The E Commerce site should be Mobile responsive.
2.Payment Gateway.
3.Courier and logistics tracking.
4.Though the site will be primarily for B to B, it will have an option of Bulk Buying, where Bulk buying customers need to Fill their registration form with their organization details, GST, Email ID, Mobile No. etc. For the purpose of authentication of registration, OTP should be there for verification of mobile number.
5.Company should have an authority to deregister any such users who are not relevant to business.
6.Options for offering different types of discount –
Fix percentage of discount
PROMOCODE discounts.
Change of discount percentage for every increase in quantity.
Percentage of discount of total billing.
Vouchers for next purchase and so on.
7.Our present products are as below.
Kids Tshirts, Men tshirts, Women T Shirts, Innerwears , etc. Every product has a style code, Color Code, Size Code, MRP etc.
Product may vary from time to time.
8.Website to come with an option of unlimited pages. Main Pages should be as below.

9.Product should have an option of filter for Choosing Pattern, Gender, Color, Size, Design etc.
10.Option for De activating a product for some time from the portal and then re activating the same as and when needed. This is especially needed at the time of end of season sale.
11.For special offers and festival offers pages to be posted on social media.
12.Complete track of Orders, Payments, Shipment, Returns, reversal of payments to be maintained for B to B
13.In case of B To B for bulk selling- Customers should have an option to select a product, Color, Size, Qty etc and on selection final Order form to be generated which the customer can confirm to place order with company.
14.Speed of the website is very important. No hanging, no buffering no matter how many photos we upload.
15.It is to be ensured that there are no glitches in website and there should be proper and smooth functioning. In case if any technical problems are found, it should get attended and resolved immediately.
Business 2 Business Aspect – Front End .
16.Cart option should be in Bulk for each products, Can distributer may edit after placing the products in cart.
17.After adding new products SMS , Whatsapp, Email should go to the customer(Retailer & Distributer).
18.In Vendor Profile Company Information (Distributer Company) Options should be there. (Those details should be visible in the back end as next to the distributer)
19.Social Media Link Option should be there.
20.Password Change Option should be there.
21.Delivery location Icon should be there we Distributer can add different delivery location in his login. (Add delivery location should require)
22.Bank Account Details Icon should be mention – Were Distributer can mention the Bank account information.
23.Backend panel for uploading Pictures and Other Changes.
24.There are 2 columns we have to keep for the distributer ordered products detai ls and Existing order details.
25.We have to give option to change the qty in cart option also.
26. For each transaction auto email confirmation has to be send to the buyer
27. After dispatching the goods, Shipment Id and Tracking details should come in the shipment details.
28.Complete track of Orders, Payments, Shipment, Returns, reversal of payments to be maintained.
29.Back-end panel must have.
30.After placing the order once payment has been done , Customer can download the PO details by PDF or Excel.
31.Payment confirmation email has to send with payment transaction ID Details with date.
32.GST value has to be mentioned clearly in the invoice
33.Back-end panel Must have all information regarding all Distributers.
34.Payment status should mention in the back end panel with pending and Transaction done details.
