Build Web App Frontend for Applicant Tracaking System

I need a web app developer to create a new web app in English and Indonesian for developing a web app frontend in order for Job Seekers and Employers to input information, track recruitment process and monitor the progress of the recruitment of about +/- 25 screens.
This web app developer that I need should to be able to design the UI/UX by directly developing the web app with good looking UI/UX, user friendly and interesting to attract customers.
The web app must have a clear structure and provided documentation.
This web app must be built using the following technology stack:
1. Node JS
2. Angular 12+
3. Bootstrap 4+
5. Typescript
6. SCSS/CSS
7. Automated testing (Protractor/Cucumber)
8. Connection or Integration through REST API
9. RxJS
Backend and REST API will be provided for the integration
The development and design of this web app must be completed in 1 month.
