Build and Upload Mobile Project

We updated code for a Mobile App we created with Angular and Ionic. I now need to create packages to upload to Google and Apple. The previous versions were uploaded to Google and Apple, but are now out of date and need to be replaced.
I need to create an apk, and sign it with a distribution Certificate from our Apple Developer account, and our Google Play account and then submit it for review.
