Build a Cloud-Based GUI for a Security Testing Tool (Web App)

Description:
We are looking to build a web-based GUI for an existing Python-based vulnerability scanner. The goal is to allow users to launch security scans against products via a simple, intuitive browser interface, instead of using the command line.
The backend tool (already developed) runs model security scans using various tests. Your task is to build a clean and responsive web interface, connect it with the backend engine, and deploy the application on a cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Project Scope:
1. Cloud-Based Web Application
Responsive browser-based interface (React, Vue, or similar)
Backend using Flask/FastAPI (Python) to wrap the scanning engine
Hostable on AWS/GCP/Azure (final cloud choice can be decided with you)
Support for user authentication (optional: OAuth or email-password)
2. Scan Configuration Page
Select model source:
Hugging Face local model (if cloud-accessible)
API-based hosted model (endpoint + key)
Form inputs:
Model name / path
API key field
Endpoint URL
Model provider dropdown (Option 1, Option 2, Option 3)
Number of test examples
Scan types (checkboxes: option 1, option 2, Option 3 etc.)
3. Scan Execution
"Run Scan" button
Real-time scan logs or status bar
Queue or asynchronous task support (e.g., Celery + Redis or background task queue)
4. Results Dashboard
Tabular output (test name, score, severity)
Visual graphs/charts (bar, pie)
Export to PDF, CSV, JSON
Ability to view past scan sessions
5. History & Storage
Database to store scan metadata & results (PostgreSQL or similar)
View scan history with date/time, model, status
Re-run previous configurations
