Build Angular Frontend for Golang Based App

We're building a web application based in Go that provides an API, we now need a Angular developer to build and integrate a rough-cut frontend and bundle this in with a Golang HTTP server. The Golang app is already running and has developer support from us, you will build a frontend.

The frontend is fully backed by REST API endpoints, such as login, user creation and other methods of the application you can use.

What we need:
* A login page
* A dashboard/home page ( after login )
* A side menu that takes you to different application pages
* Several Pages to display data from the REST API ( table, streaming PDF pop in browser from $file )

The frontend assets must be served from a dedicated url provided by Go, such as http://server:8080/f/login.html

We'd like a modern, latest version of Angular to be used, and happy to consume "Admin Dashboard/Templates" but need this wired in by a experienced frontend developer.

* User/Middleware APIs are documented and already available
* A rough-cut Python/Bootstrap UI was used for early development and shows some of what we need
* API resources are documented
* You're supported by a Golang developer in-house
