Bitcoin app converter (site/mobile app)

Make a design, front and back end for an application that will generate a qrcode/wallet to receive bitcoin and make a trade for another currency (eg usdt).
I needed a hybrid webapp/mobile app and an admin page.
Preferably knowledge in binance api/finance application/login with facebook and google.
