Azure Real-time Avatar for Education

I'm in need of a skilled developer who can create a proof of concept (PoC) for a real-time avatar system. The avatar will be accompanied by real-time text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities using Azure's standard voices. I will provide you with a ASP.NET MVC project where the backend is asp.net and the front end react. You only need to add one page with the avatar connected to our azure.
