Assist with hosting Angular app on Azure

I have created an Angular app on my Github repo. For some reason when I upload it to my Cloud hosting, it shows me a white screen instead of the login screen for my app.

I will grant someone access to my Azure. I require someone to host my Angular app on my Azure account
