Applying styleguide to existing AngularJS project

We have an existing client software developed in AngularJS. We have a new design to be applied and we have an InvisionApp project as a reference.
We need to :
- apply this new styleguide to existing AngularJS directives (4-5)
- reorganize the HTML pages accordingly
