Application to response to change in Cosmos DB and send message to a client using Azure SignalR

I'm looking for immediate help to create set of Azure Functions to detect changes in Cosmos (this I can do) and send them too an instance of Azure SignalR preferable using an Output binding (this doesn't seem to work on the examples I have seen), Then create an simple client application (preferably in Angular) to link to the SignalR instance and display a message when the Cosmos DB is changed - Ideally I could do with creating groups to split the messages so not everyone gets every message but that can be a later edit - for now I just need the above.
