AngularTS help

I'm learning Angular using typescript and I'm having difficulty understanding it as I haven't had enough time to practice it. I have a task to be completed that will take no more than an hour. Happy to share further information with a brief via chat.
Must be completed on the stackblitz platform in the next 72hrs.
