I want to make one page functional with calling the API in my existing angular project there are multiple forms available needs to make common component for each control and requirements should be a complete in reactive form.

You should create tables / entities for those dropdown using use only Id as int and name as string, then enter some manual dummy seed data in those tables and then populate.
html controls would be takes from component shared module I mean. i mean you have to make common component for textbox, dropdown, checkbox, radio, file upload, img src and put in this form. not writing each time <input type="text"> etc.
