AngularJS Website developer

I'm looking for a talented AngularJS developer to help me create a photo/video sharing website.

Key Features:
- User Authentication: The site should allow users to register, log in, and manage their account.
- Responsive Design: The website should be fully responsive and work seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Photo/Video Upload: Users should be able to upload both photos and videos in the Posts.
- Search the Posts.

I will provide all the required REST APIs with Django Framework.

The ultimate goal of this site is to create a platform where people can easily share their photos and videos. I'd like the design to be clean and professional, and the user experience to be smooth and intuitive.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with AngularJS
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Previous experience building websites with user authentication and file upload functionality
