Angular website

We are looking for someone with the experience to take an already functioning website - and make changes and copy it to adapt to a new website with much of the same logic. Fix a few bugs, make some improvements. Must have excellent abilities in Angular, mysql, and php. We also have an app on IOS and Android connected to database with api's. Local to repo. Deploy to production. Basically you will be copying current site to use under a new url with a differnt database. We will need apps (native) to match what we are doing now so may be able to use a lot of the same code. We have 1 months to complete at least the website
