Angular project fix simple bug

I want to start my project and I get this error: This version of CLI is only compatible with Angular versions 0.0.0 || ^ 11.0.0-beta || > = 11.0.0 <12.0.0,
but Angular version 13.0.2 was found instead.

Please I need everything to work well. The best budget will be the one I accept for this job, I need it urgently! and it has to be remotely.
