Angular project assistant

i am builidng an angular project and i need some one to assist me in finishing my tasks , the backend is laaravel , i need some one who has a good background in angular12 , who can help me on managing my tasks on this project , some one flexible with good english lang so we can discus alot of tasks together .
i am loking for hourly rate candidate , commitment is the most important point for me .
