Angular latest version

I am looking for an experienced software contractor who is familiar with Angular for both web and mobile development. My existing project requires expertise with the latest version of Angular (version 13 and 14). The contractor will need to work with what is in place, rather than starting from a new installation. Please be sure to have experience with Angular before applying for this project.
