Angular java Coding for automation

I am in need of an experienced developer to create an Angular java code that can provide high complexity data manipulation capabilities. I have access to a live data source, so the code should be able to work with it directly. Other features that I require include user authentication, data retrieval, data manipulation and form validation. This is an urgent project and I require someone experienced who can deliver these services quickly and efficiently.
