Angular 9 front end cache/cookies issue - browser picks old version or previous logged in user data

We have an angular 9 based front end system. We are experiencing a problem that the user browser uses old cached files and not the latest ones. Also, if a user (user1) logs into the system and then log out and then user2 login, it sees user1 data unless we do a hard reset - CTRL - F5. We want an angular 9 front end expert to review our front end deployment and help us fix the cache and cookies management.
