Angular developer to fix bug and make counter that auto refresh for all users

I am looking for an experienced Angular developer to fix a bug and implement a counter that auto refreshes for all users without exiting the page when a bid is placed with extra 5 minutes.
Bug Fix:
- The current bug is that the counter is not updating the extra 5 minutes correctly once new bid in inner item page.
- Home page to be created a timer of count down and it should also when a bid is placed to increase extra 5 minutes.
Counter Refresh:
- The counter should refresh on every new bid.
Timeline:
- The bug needs to be fixed ASAP.
