I don't need a Front End expert to produce code, I need a Front End expert to help me assess the skills of front-end job applicants!
We are interviewing for Senior FE Angular/RXJS candidates and I am not the best at assessing candidates on their strengths.
Can you assist in interviewing candidates with me to assess their strengths/weaknesses?
If you think you could be available to interview a candidate with me tomorrow at 9amEST/3pmGMT I would love to pay you for your time. I am looking for very strong FE candidates with great knowledge of Angular, code architecture, functional programming patterns and RXJS. It should just be 2 hours of your time: 30 minutes before the meeting to talk interview strategy. 30minutes to an hour for the interview, and 30 minutes to give an assessment.
