Angular/Node.js web application update and finalise features

We have had a Angular/Node.js web application developed and was uploaded and working via digital ocean. Unfortunately the previous developer was unable to finalise the project and we have had to subsequently put a hold on the development, we are now looking to restart this and finish the application to full capacity - with possibility for future additions.
Although the application is working it requires polishing with numerous minor fixes/changes.
Application is a quoting program, with numerous calculations - full details will be provided to successful freelancer.
