1) I will test your performance for 30 minutes. then you will be confirmed
2) Payment will be made when 3 hours are finished , can be in a day or in multiple day. but 3 hours are fixed. For the first time i will create milestone for your satisfaction.
3) I will pay you the last 10 hours of portion after 15 days of your work because probably i need your service and you won't answer, so safety reasons.
