Angular - Flask - web application

I am looking for a developer with experience in Angular and Flask to build a web application. The main purpose is to create Login and Registration page with authentication with roles of admin and user.

Features:
- User authentication
- Search functionality
- Display data from Postgres

Design:
- The client already has a complete design for the web application.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Angular and Flask frameworks
- Experience in building e-commerce web applications
- Familiarity with user authentication, search functionality, and DB integration
- Ability to work with a pre-existing design and implement it into the application
