Angular Expert Needed: PDF Estimate Importer

I am looking for an Angular expert to generate an interface that is capable of importing scanned estimates from text-based PDF files into an Assessment Table. This interface must be able to extract various data points from these PDFs including numerical data, textual content, and data tables. Given the inconsistent nature of the structure/layout of these PDF files, a vital skill you should possess is the ability to handle and work with irregular or changing data formats. Understanding PDF parsing and text extraction is a must for the successful import of data. Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with data importing projects are also desirable.
