Angular Developer for creating Front end of Spring app

Greettings from codetalk we need front end developer (Angular) we need developer to develop front end of website .
Currently just for POC and skill test will request to have couple of pages (dont worry will pay for poc) if quality of work is good then will hire for entire project.
budget for poc is (20 -30 $) as two intractive webpage.
budget for entire project is (~500-750$).
