Angular Developer for Custom PDF Annotation SDK
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking to hire an experienced developer to create a custom Software Development Kit (SDK) specifically for PDF annotation, built using Angular. The SDK will enable users to annotate, highlight, draw, and comment on PDFs, providing essential features such as text markup, freehand drawing, shapes, sticky notes, and more. It will be designed for easy integration into web applications with a focus on performance, stability, and a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an Angular-based SDK for PDF annotation tools, ensuring seamless integration with web applications.
Implement annotation features such as text highlighting, underlining, freehand drawing, shapes (circles, rectangles), and sticky notes.
Ensure the SDK is capable of handling large PDF files efficiently while maintaining optimal performance and stability.
Provide an intuitive and customizable API for third-party developers to integrate the SDK into their applications.
Optimize the SDK for cross-browser functionality and responsiveness across devices.
Work closely with our team to define requirements and deliver the SDK based on user needs.
Ensure clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, with thorough API documentation for ease of use.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Angular and building Angular-based SDKs or libraries.
Proficiency in working with PDF manipulation libraries (e.g., PDF.js, pdf-lib, or similar).
Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Familiarity with advanced Angular concepts such as directives, services, modules, and component-based design.
Experience in creating seamless and responsive user interfaces (UI) and ensuring optimal user experience (UX).
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and detailed technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
If you are passionate about developing high-quality, feature-rich PDF annotation tools and have experience with Angular, we'd love to hear from you!
